4. Third-Party Services and Data Transfers

Our site uses some external services for appearance and performance (web fonts via Google Fonts, statistics via Google Analytics, content delivery networks). These services may receive your IP address for technical reasons.

Data collected via analytics cookies is shared with the following recipient:

  • Recipient: Google Ireland Limited — Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
  • The transfer abroad (to Google LLC, USA) of data collected through Google Analytics relies on your explicit consent obtained independently of the cookie consent and/or on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority. İSVEA has put in place Data Processing Agreements (DPA) that restrict the use of this data by third parties for their own advertising/profiling purposes.
  • İSVEA cannot be held liable for data breaches or technical interruptions originating from the third-party service providers' own systems (Google, etc.).

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

  • You can accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and if you reject, analytics cookies are not loaded at all.
  • The "Accept" and "Reject" options in our cookie management panel are presented on a fully equal footing in terms of visual styling, size and position; no design that steers the user's choice is used.
  • You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the page footer, withdrawing your consent.
  • You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Security, Logging and Erasure Commitment

Your acceptance or rejection statements regarding your cookie preferences are securely logged together with your IP address and a timestamp, within the scope of our burden of proof (Art. 5/2-ç of the Turkish PDP Law). If you withdraw your consent or the retention period expires, your data is permanently deleted or anonymised in accordance with our "Personal Data Retention and Disposal Policy", without being kept on any blacklist.

7. Prohibition of Data Collection and Fair Competition Commitment

The unauthorised collection of data from our website by means of automated software, bots or web scraping is prohibited. Furthermore, İSVEA undertakes not to combine the data obtained through cookies with its other commercial activities in a manner that restricts competition (data silo).

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of legitimate interest / provision of the service. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.

You may submit your requests in writing to info@isvea.com.tr via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature or mobile signature, in accordance with the applicable procedures. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Claims for compensation fall within the jurisdiction of the general courts under the general provisions of law.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your application, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority).
